Welcome to Club Physique. By accessing our website (clubphysique.ca) and using our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Services & Appointments

  • Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to book a service, or have the express consent of a parent or guardian.
  • Booking Platform: Appointments are managed via our third-party partner, Fresha. By booking, you also agree to Fresha’s terms of service regarding data processing and account management.
  • Health Disclosure: It is the client’s responsibility to provide accurate health information. Our therapists reserve the right to refuse treatment if a condition makes the service unsafe for the client or the practitioner.

2. Payments & Boutique Sales

  • Pricing: All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable taxes (TPS/TVQ). We reserve the right to change pricing at any time.
  • Product Returns: Dammaged and unused retail products (e.g., Aveda, Vivier) may be returned within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt. Opened products are final sale for hygiene reasons.
  • Insurance Receipts: Receipts for insurance purposes will only be issued in the name of the person who received the treatment, following the date the service was rendered.

3. Professional Conduct

Club Physique maintains a professional, therapeutic environment. Any inappropriate behavior, comments, or advances toward our staff will result in the immediate termination of the session without a refund and a permanent ban from the clinic.

4. Limitation of Liability

While our therapists are certified professionals, Club Physique and its employees are not liable for any injuries or complications that arise from undisclosed health conditions or the inherent risks associated with massage and esthetic treatments.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on clubphysique.ca, including logos, text, and images, is the property of Club Physique and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the district of Montreal.
